We met in the winter of 2004 in Leadville, CO and have been together ever since.
Several years later, we came to the Pacific Northwest and knew we had found our home. We became deeply involved in small scale agriculture, working at vegetable farms, gardening with friends, and eventually learning about animal husbandry.
We came to value the hard work that nourishes our bodies and the bonds of community that are formed from growing and gathering good food to be shared with others.
